Coffee

Our coffee is roasted in London by a trusted roaster with roots dating back to 1957.

We work closely with them to roast and grind our beans in small batches, delivered regularly in 10kg lots to ensure freshness and consistency.

The result is a clean, well-balanced coffee that pairs naturally with our bread, without overpowering it.

Matcha

Our matcha is sourced from a long-standing partner in Japan and selected from ceremonial-grade teas.

Each cup is prepared individually, whisked carefully to order, allowing the depth, aroma, and natural sweetness of the matcha to shine.

We serve matcha not as a trend, but as a quiet moment to pause and enjoy.
